A combined step towards 'Nirvairta'(enemylessness)

There is a treasure of well being and happiness hidden behind the word 'Nirvair',that comes in the mool mantar. It can take a person across the ocean of fire(world) with ease.
God is Nirvair(enemyless)and so should his devotees be.But in Punjab-
1- Land disputes
2-Lack of the spirit of 'par triya roop na pekhe netar'(see not the beauty of anothers partner)is causing much enmity.

The money of the villagers bleed in litigations. For this reason most of the families want their children to settle abroad. It has led to spiritual as well as material poverty in the rural Punjab.
The need of the hour is to have a judicial wing in every Gurudwara. The village Panchayats(the elected members of a village) are not much guided by spirituality and hence are not very effective.Such Sabhas(judicial wings) can be called 'Nirvair Sabhas'constituted with a sole aim to increase nirvairta(enemylessness) in the society.Nirvair Sabha of a distant village should be invited each sunday to the local gurudwaras to resolve litigations. This invitation should be done randomly. In this way bias factor too can be removed. If that does not work the litigants should be allowed to go to the local courts.
A directive regarding this can be sent to the Gurudwaras of the world by the Akal Takht. In this way the sikhs can have their own judicial system.
A gurmukh ought to learn the lesson of 'Nirvair'on daily basis. The Sikh Society as a whole can work in this direction in the above mentioned way.
