Some equations

Some times we get wonderful thoughts when we do Sangat.While surfing
discussion forum at Sikhnet I learnt that Negative emotions
towardsothers=impending fight=fire of hell in the waiting.Cause of
negative emotions is our high expectations from others.When we get
negative emotions towards someone we ought to get the signal and lower
the level of expectations that we have from the mortals(that are mere
dolls of mud).
