Disturbed by slanderers

A white girl in US posted at Sikhnet discussion forum and said she was disturbed as some people at the local Gurudwara slandered her.My reply was as follows--
There is a saying in Punjabi ''Ander hove Sach tan Kothe Char ke Nach''(If you have truth on your side you can dance on the rooftop).Those who call you bad are taking away the load from you and placing on their heads.This is exactly what a slanderer gets after slandering.
