The correct time

At Sikhnet discussion forum a girl posted a question regarding being Amritdhari and the appropriate time to be Amritdhari.Her mother discouraged her by saying that no one would marry her if she becomes an Amritdhari.My reply was as follows------

Our life is like a burning train that refuses to stop.It would stop only at our death.Now all the things whether good or bad have to happen while the train is burning and running.If one wants to have total calmness and total stillness before taking Amrit or taking a positive decesion then he or she has only to keep waiting because our life is like a burning train that refuses to stop.That no one would marry an Amritdhari girl ought to be the other way round as I feel every body would love to marry a pious and a virgin Gursikh girl.
