A reply to a person at Sikhnet

Today a young person honestly admitted at Sikhnet his addiction to porn movies and the withdrawal troubles he is getting.My reply was as follows------
In the olden days of Hindi cinema the hero used to court the heroine upto the interval and the heroine used to frown.Finally when the heroine used to give in, the crowd got a tremendous sensation.Nowadays the heroine appears in a revealing dress in the opening scene.Whatever she does later hardly creates any sensation.In the porn stuff the heroine is already exposed and there is hardly any step downward left.Once I heard Asaram Bapu on TV giving the example of a sliding meant for children in the park.If you climb up you can enjoy coming down.But if you are already down then there is nothing much to enjoy.Yesterday I downloaded in my mobile phone complete Ahand path in 98 files from

I have made two folders one of 'Yet to be listened ' and one 'listened'.I have planned to play an audio file from the first folder and place it in the second one.Each file is about 24 minutes.
Secondly there is an application calles' MF radio' on sgpc site.It connects to the Harmandar Sahib Kirtan even when the net speed is very slow.
The above two methods can be tried to control the mind.
Lastly I would say that dirt can be in several other forms as well.We should be thankful that we have Gurbani Sarovar to take bath in and clean our souls.
