Reducing poison in the speech

What we speak cannot be expected to be free from poison as we do not
utter Amrit bani when we talk.Guruji advises us to avoid speaking more
(Anand Ramkali M-3 stanza 14)We can however reduce poison by avoiding
egocentric words like I in our speech.In case we are filled with
poison from inside it would show in our speech in some or the other
way.Therefore it becomes important to reduce the internal poison by
Naam Simran on daily basis.
