Effect of company on health

We are certainly influenced by what we read,see or listen.It is not at
all a simple thing to be in a positive company.Never the less we ought
to strive for a positive company.It would be a great help in being
spiriually well.Nowadays the internet is a company for many of
us.Where do we land up sometimes on the internet?Perhaps not always
are we at positive places.Positive exposure is to have a positive
effect on the spirit,mind and body.The three are interrelated.
