Professionally prepared food versus Langar prepared with devotion.

The Sangat seem to be busier nowadays. Today I attended the local Gurudwara to join the Gurupurab celebration.I went early so that I could lend a helping hand.I Hardly got a chance to use my hands. Bihari Halwai's(proffessional cooks from Bihar province)were preparing the Langar.No doubt they were expert cooks.They were pure proffessionals and had a great speed to accomplish the work.But something was not quite usual.The senior one took a break and went out to smoke.Not surprising the subtle and special flavour of 'Gurudware ki daal'(Dal of Gurudwara) was missing.Who says Simran ,Sewa,devotion and love cannot enter the food?
